Trinity Theological College seeks to appoint a Principal to lead the College in the next
important phase of its history. Continuing to provide sound, reformed, evangelical
theological education, the College can strongly influence churches and ministries in
WA and beyond. The College aims to “prepare people for effective Christian service”,
ensuring they are Christ-centred, committed to the Bible as God’s authoritative Word,
and focused on gospel-shaped ministry that integrates head, heart, and hands in the
various contexts they will serve. The Principal will lead five full-time, one part-time,
and a group of sessional Faculty members with scholarly and ministry experience. The
Principal will also lead a team of support staff overseen by the Business Manager and
Academic Dean.
