The exhibit hall will be located in the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina.
Exhibit booth space is reserved in order by the points system for all exhibitors who had booth space at the 2023 Annual Meeting in San Antonio, TX. Once these organizations have chosen their booth(s) the floor will be opened to all returning and new organizations on a first come first serve basis. The exhibit hall floor plan will be updated with each booth reservation and posted below. An email will be sent out to organizations who have exhibited in the past when we are ready to take reservations. New organizations can email firstname.lastname@example.org at any time to get on the list to be notified when we are ready to take new reservations.

Wednesday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Tear Down: Friday, November 22 starting at 2:00 PM
