Conference registration and banquet tickets are fully refundable until October 1st.

- If you paid by credit card we will attempt to refund your card first.
- If the purchase was made more than 3 months ago we will not be able to refund your card and will need to mail you a check.
- Please expect refunds made by check to take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
