How to: Check Your ETS Webmail Account

After logging into the ETS system with the user name and password sent to you via postal mail or e-mail:

1. Click on the ‘Webmail’ link on the menu to the left. A new page will appear, prompting you to enter your e-mail account and password.
2. Enter your ETS e-mail account addres. Your ETS e-mail account address follows the pattern of ETS-USERNAME + "@etsjets.org". So, if the username you used to access the ETS site was "john.smith", then your ETS e-mail account address is "john.smith@etsjets.org".
3. Enter your ETS e-mail account password. Your ETS e-mail account password was originally set to the same password that was sent to you via e-mail or postal mail.
4. Select your language preference.
5. Click "Login".
