After logging in as an ETS administrative user:
- Left-click the “Download Database” submenu item from the User Management menu on the right column of the screen.
- Enter the criteria that you would like to create a mailing list based upon.
- Left-click the “Get Data” button at the bottom left portion of the main content area.
- A dialogue box will appear asking you to select a destination to save the Excel CSV file being generated. Select a location on your hard drive and click save, or simply opt to open the file immediately without saving it to your hard drive first.
- After saving the data download, you may import it into Microsoft Excel or Word in order to create custom mailing labels.
