How to: Remove a user from the system

After logging in as an ETS administrative user:

  1. Left-click the “Search Users” submenu item from the User Management menu on the right column of the screen.
  2. Enter the username or full name associated with the account you would like to remove.
  3. Press enter or left-click the “Search Users” button at the bottom left of the main content area. A list of all accounts matching your search criteria is generated.
  4. Left-click the name of the user you would like to remove.
  5. Left-click the text “Edit” to the immediate right of the page title “Edit my listing.”
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and left-click the “Delete” button in the bottom left portion of the content pane.
  7. A message will appear asking you if you are sure you would like to delete the selected user. Confirm that this is the account you would like to remove.
  8. Left-click the “Delete” button or left-click the “cancel” link.
