Proposal period, website, and membership accounts

As many of you know, we migrated to our new website at the end of January. We think you will be pleased with the look and functionality of the new site. However, some members have had difficulty logging in to their membership account. If you have had difficulty, please know that we are working to resolved these issues, and we should have all accounts functioning properly soon.
