How to: Create mailing lists form user data

After logging in as an ETS administrative user:

  1. Left-click the “Download Database” submenu item from the User Management menu on the right column of the screen.
  2. Enter the criteria that you would like to create a mailing list based upon.
  3. Left-click the “Get Data” button at the bottom left portion of the main content area.
  4. A dialogue box will appear asking you to select a destination to save the Excel CSV file being generated. Select a location on your hard drive and click save, or simply opt to open the file immediately without saving it to your hard drive first.
  5. After saving the data download, you may import it into Microsoft Excel or Word in order to create custom mailing labels.
