Description
Associate membership is for those interested in the scholarly and theological purposes of the society, but they do not need to hold a Ph.D. or Th.D. degree. Associate members must affirm the ETS Doctrinal Basis (see below). They are non-voting members, and do not present papers at the annual meeting, unless invited to do so by a program unit.
ETS Doctrinal Basis: The Bible alone, and the Bible in its entirety, is the Word of God written and is therefore inerrant in the autographs. God is a Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, each an uncreated person, one in essence, equal in power and glory.
