Job Description

  • Preparation of syllabus and course materials for graduate and doctoral level NT courses (including NT Greek)
  • Teaching, grading various tests/quizzes, assignments, research papers, etc. pertaining to each course
  • Participate in departmental and other faculty meetings as required
  • Maintain office hours for meeting with students as necessary

Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor Of Systematic Theology

The primary duties will be to teach core master’s level courses in Systematic Theology, electives, and Th.M. seminars and supervise theses in the Th.M. program. The faculty member will participate actively in the department (CBTS) and the wider Seminary community. The individual’s involvement will include mentoring students, engaging in research and scholarship, and serving on faculty committees. Education: Ph.D. in Systematic Theology (ABD candidates will be considered.)

Full-Time Teaching Faculty in New Testament Studies, DTS Houston Campus

The successful candidate for this faculty position in the New Testament Studies (NTS) Department at the Houston Campus of Dallas Theological Seminary will assume the full responsibility of a tenure-track teaching professor at that campus, with the possibility of courses occasionally taught at another campus.
