Full-time Old Testament (Tenure-track/rank open)

Job Summary

Tenure-track position in Old Testament at Bethel Seminary St. Paul. Academic rank commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

Teach a full-time load (seven 3-semester hour courses or equivalent per academic year).
Teaching assignments include Old Testament content, hermeneutics, exegesis, and Hebrew language, in both in person and online delivery systems. Other faculty assignments include faculty meetings, mentoring of students, and committee work.

This newly-endowed professorship in Theology will join the faculty of Bethel Seminary and teach courses to future leaders in systematic theology, ethics, philosophy, and related fields. This professor will represent Bethel Seminary in professional conferences, publications, and presentations.

Description
The Registrar maintains the academic records of all students as well as planning and implementing the registration process for all courses. This includes establishing and maintaining the schedule of course offerings, keeping records of all courses and curriculum requirements, coordinating times and locations for class meetings, planning orientation for new students, maintaining transcripts, determining students’ eligibility for graduation, and planning commencement activities.

Full-time, tenure-track faculty position in the Division of Counseling

Description
Full-time, tenure-track faculty position in the Division of Counseling. The faculty member will teach in the area of Counseling and mentor graduate and doctoral students. The professor will also pursue scholarship that demonstrates high academic standards and serves the church. Other duties include committee service, student advising, and recruitment help.

Professor of Systematic Theology

Description
Covenant Theological Seminary invites applications and nominations for a full-time faculty appointment at the level of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor of Systematic Theology.
